Fidelio Front Office can now be connected with fiscal printers at
the front desk to issue fiscal checks to customers.
Although the front desks at hotels in Russia are not mandated to
supply fiscal checks to guests by tax authorities for payment transactions
other than by cash, HRS has been proactive in helping the hospitality
industry to police itself. Certainly, the time will come when tax
authorities will require hotel front desks to keep to the same disciplines
as other retail and food and beverage outlets.
The communication between Fidelio Front Office and Spark printer
617F is achieved via the HRS FiscAdmin Utility. Interface allows
to proceed with automatic registration of fiscal payments done in
Fidelio Front Office, with automatic printout of fiscal check, automatic
cash closure (Z1 report) procedure for fiscal register during Fidelio
Front Office night audit procedure.
